Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, the Senior Specialist, Content Marketing (Social Media) is responsible for activating Sonnet’s social media strategy to engage consumers, customers, and partners while managing brand reputation. This role champions social media governance and best practices across the company, requiring strong campaign and community management skills. Key responsibilities include executing strategic plans, monitoring engagement, analyzing performance, and supporting content strategy and planning. 

 What can you expect in this role?                                    

  • Activate Sonnet’s social media strategy to strengthen brand voice and reputation. 
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social platforms; manage editorial calendars. 
  • Oversee community engagement and social listening, responding to comments and identifying proactive opportunities. 
  • Monitor trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform content and channel strategy. 
  • Lead reporting and analysis of social performance; share insights and recommend optimizations. 
  • Coordinate content planning and production with internal teams and external partners. 
  • Support integrated marketing initiatives and maintain the annual content calendar. 
  • Ensure adherence to social media governance and collaborate across business units and committees.

What do you bring to the role?

  • 5+ years of social media, project management and marketing experience
  • Well versed in both traditional & digital/social campaign development 
  • Ability to balance quick timing while still ensuring quality of work. 
  • Balance attention to detail with swift execution.
  • Hustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team
  • Passion for connecting with consumers and bringing to life killer campaigns. 

Salary Range: $69,000 - $127,000
