Job Summary

As a Test Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the testing processes for our cheminformatics and bioinformatics projects. You will ensure the quality and reliability of our Trackwise On-prem solutions leveraging your expertise in TW-Basic Config. This hybrid role requires a strategic approach to testing ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards and contribute to the advancement of scientific research.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing efforts for cheminformatics and bioinformatics projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee the implementation and configuration of TW-Basic Config in Trackwise On-prem environments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and cases to validate system functionality and performance.
• Execute test cases and document results identifying any issues or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and improve system reliability.
• Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on testing outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.
• Monitor and report on testing progress providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and ensure successful project delivery.
• Utilize cheminformatics and bioinformatics domain knowledge to enhance testing accuracy.
• Support the continuous improvement of testing tools and techniques.
• Contribute to the development of testing frameworks and automation strategies.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in TW-Basic Config and Trackwise On-prem environments.
