The Equilibrium Mural is a signature public art project by STEPS and international artist Okuda San Miguel that transforms Parkside Student Residence in Downtown Toronto. This project engaged 300+ community members and over 30 local artists and arts workers in a large-scale installation that is now a cultural landmark in Toronto. Photo by Sharon Mendonca.
