This position conducts work directly related to global general business operations in the Human Resources, Workforce Analytics functional area. The HR Data Analyst will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistical data to show trends and make recommendations related to Talent Acquisition, Retention, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion, Compliance, and other workforce areas of concentration. The position includes work requiring the consistent exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters and data of significance.
Scope
This position will report to the Workforce Analytics Manager and will be responsible for consulting with the internal HR functions, such as HR Business Partners, HR Operations teams, and HR Functional areas. As a member of the Workforce Analytics team, you will be responsible for executing tasks with a global standard approach to deliver insights that drive change and improve work processes across HR and our organization.
This position will work within the company’s reporting and data visualization tools to build reports and dashboards to accurately reflect the metrics needed to support our business operations. Tasks may include supporting reporting activities for the Corporate Board, Sustainability, DE&I, Recruitment, Retention and Turnover or client requested reporting along with ad-hoc requests.
Other responsibilities will include acting as a Subject Matter Expert within Workforce Analytics and Fluor HR data with the intent to ensure maximum effectiveness of the HR function.
Working Conditions
This position is flexible and can work from within one of our Fluor offices or be fully remote.
