Adecco is currently hiring a full-time results-driven Store Manager to lead daily operations at a gas retail bar. You’ll oversee sales, safety, staff, and customer service, while driving profitability and operational excellence. This location has been fully renovated and is ready to reopen.

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $55K

  • Location: Fort Frances, Ontario

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensure strong P&L performance, and manage a unionized team.

  • Deliver sales targets through effective coaching, motivation, and operational excellence.

  • Hire, train, and mentor team members to provide an exceptional customer experience.

  • Uphold HSSE standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a safe workplace.

  • Identify operational gaps, implement corrective actions, and execute business plans in partnership with your Territory Manager.

  • Work closely with marketing and operations to roll out promotions, programs, and retail initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations or retail management (fuel, convenience, or similar industry is an asset).

  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-development capabilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage priorities, achieve targets, and elevate site performance.

  • A valid driver’s license, access to a reliable vehicle

  • Ability to pass a clear criminal background check.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
