Adecco is currently hiring a full-time experienced Senior Project Manager - Signage to oversee complex, cross-functional initiatives for the Installation and Digital departments. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing resources, timelines, budgets, and quality standards across all phases of the system development life cycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation to delivery.

  • Pay Rate: $85,000 - $95,000 / year (based on experience)

  • Location: Richmond, BC

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 5:00pm

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate project teams to deliver results on time and within scope.

  • Oversee full project life cycle—from planning and resource allocation to implementation and deployment.

  • Align project objectives with organizational goals, ensuring successful outcomes.

  • Track milestones, manage dependencies, and report on risks, progress, and KPIs.

  • Collaborate across business and technology teams to drive innovation and problem-solving.

  • Maintain quality control throughout project execution and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Support continuous improvement by refining tools, templates, and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management experience in cross-functional or matrixed environments.

  • Strong knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies and technology implementation.

  • Experience in manufacturing or signage industries is an asset.

  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to influence, build consensus, and deliver results in dynamic settings.

  • PMP certification or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
