What is the opportunity?

The Project  Manager  plays  a  key  role  in  supporting  the  projects  portfolio  within  OPE  and  driving  the culture and behaviors needed to succeed with a client centric approach. The objective and position purpose are to create value through project transparency, control, effectiveness, efficiency and flexibility Collaborate closely with senior business and project stakeholders to achieve project outcomes and advice on the nature and complexity of projects in the portfolio and related risks.

What will you do?

  • · Deliver and  effectively manage to interdependencies and collaborate with TEO Business senior leaders and/or delegates to support prioritized delivery within the OPE Ops Risk teams
  • · Drive project through full lifecycle from initiation through planning & execution to closure.
  • · Provide strategic oversight, roadmap and direction for development  and  maintenance of risk mitigation  projects  that enhance the operating and control environment
  • · Support operational process components of internal audits.
  • · Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders ensuring collaboration, professionalism and cooperation against strategic roadmap, timelines, project artifacts, and change enablement activities.
  • · Produce monthly risk reporting on key metrics, providing insights and updates across all TEO pillars.
  • · Own the management of the OPE portfolio of work, including the tracking of  progress  to  deliverables,  portfolio  issues  and  risks resolution, benefits and spend.
  • · Own the coordination of both ongoing executive portfolio updates and standard  monthly  updates  to  support  the  MBR  and  BRD routines
  • · Lead the coordination of the annual an ongoing planning for the OPE portfolio of work (App dev, prioritization, benefits, headcount,  roadmap,  intake),  providing  strategic  oversight  and direction
  • · Collaborate  with  key  enterprise  stakeholders  and  programs  to drive forward the delivery of the OPE portfolio of work

What do you need to succeed?

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent; 5 years of minimum experience
  • · Experience leading projects leveraging SDLC, Agile/Waterfall delivery methodologies and Jira &
  • Confluence.
  • · Knowledge of project plan development and management, scheduling methodology, program and
  • project metrics, analysis, status reporting, change management and relevant technology standards and
  • audit requirements
     

Nice to Have

  • · Project management and/or Scrum Master certifications.
