Job Description

What Will You Do?

  • Execute Red Team operations, Purple Team exercises, and hypothesis-led engagements in mature production environments
  • Develop offensive capabilities: exploit development, novel C2 channels, automation, and more
  • Actively participate in the full lifecycle of projects — from idea development and proposal writing to execution and stakeholder debriefs
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
  •  Help evolve and improve team processes and service offerings

What Do You Need to Succeed? Must Have:

  • 3+ years in Cybersecurity, with Red Team or Penetration testing experience
  • Deep understanding of offensive techniques, including:
      o    OSINT collection and operationalization
    o    Building and managing C2 infrastructure
    o    Social engineering tactics
    o    Exploitation across operating systems and applications
    o    Lateral movement and privilege escalation in Windows AD, Entra ID, Windows OS, and macOS
    o    Evasion techniques for AV and EDR
  • Programming/scripting experience (with one or more): Python, C#, C/C++
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills: Ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences, previous technical report writing experience
     

Nice to Have:

  • OSCP, OSED, OSCE, OSMR, CRTO, or other reputable technical certifications
  • AI Red Teaming experience
  • Big Four (4) consulting experience
  • Hardware hacking skills
