Adecco is currently seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team in Toronto, ON. In this role, you’ll contribute to enhancing business capabilities and optimizing digital products through deep analysis, strategic insight, and stakeholder collaboration. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is analytical, curious, and thrives on driving improvements in business processes and product performance.

• Pay rate: $28.37/hour.

• Location: Toronto, ON | Hybrid (3-4 days in office, 1-2 days remote)

• Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

• Job type: Temporary with possibility of becoming permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Document and maintain current business capabilities and workflows within assigned product areas

• Translate business, regulatory, and risk requirements into actionable product roadmap items

• Define and consolidate business and technical requirements for evolving processes

• Analyze internal data, client feedback, and market benchmarks to identify improvement opportunities

• Provide product insights and recommendations to support strategy and performance optimization

• Track product adoption, performance, and implementation metrics

• Improve internal knowledge tools and self-serve resources for employees and clients

• Support complex production issue triage and evaluate client requests for business viability

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product development and execution

• Use data and curiosity to identify gaps, propose solutions, and influence product decisions

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills (French is an asset).

• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a desire to explore underserved business areas.

• Uses analytics to challenge assumptions and inform business decisions.

• Has strong influence and leadership skills, even without direct authority.
