Adecco is currently seeking hiring energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates for an exclusive event in Vancouver, BC. This 5-day contract opportunity is perfect for professionals with a background in luxury retail or hospitality. You'll be the face of a premium brand, delivering first-class service and supporting sales operations from the sales floor to the cloakroom.

  • Pay rate: $28/hour.

  • Location: Vancouver, BC

  • Event Duration: October 7 – October 11

  • Shifts: Variable shifts between 7:15am – 7:00pm PDT (Tuesday–Saturday)

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers, managing in-store traffic flow.

  • Act as a brand ambassador and represent the brand at first contact.

  • Process transactions using the Point-of-Sale system.

  • Support product sales goals through effective communication and customer service.

  • Deliver outstanding and memorable customer service.

  • Gather and enter client information to help strengthen customer relationships.

  • Maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing environment by tidying displays.

  • Support customers with cloakroom services and other operational tasks.

  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Previous experience in retail sales, especially luxury or high-end brands, preferred.

  • Experience in hospitality or customer service welcomed.

  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems.

  • Able to work on your feet for 90% of the workday.

  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.

  • Trustworthy, polished, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passionate about building relationships and representing premium brands.
