Hours:  Temporary Full time for up to 5 months

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage internal and external service requests with efficiency & high quality
  • Apply detailed and critical thinking while checking for accuracy and delivering excellent service to customers
  • Collaborate with other teams and cross functional areas
  • Update and maintain customer and new sales records
  • Support sales and account management teams with contracting and renewal processes
  • Assist with the preparation of executive summaries, power point presentations and reports
  • Distribute reports and onboarding information to customers in a timely fashion
  • Actively strives to stay informed and engaged regarding new or changes to Homewood’s products, services and processes
  • Identify and contribute to continuous improvement objectives and projects
  • Contributes to the successful internal administration of customer accounts

What we’re looking for:

  • Completion of Secondary School required
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Sales, or relevant field preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Sales Administrator or another relevant role
  • 2+ years’ experience using CRM software (SalesForce particularly) or MS Office preferred
  • Strong knowledge of sales performance metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent verbal and written English and French communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, managing competing priorities, and succeed under deadlines
  • Team-player mindset with high level of dedication to raising the bar for the whole team
  • Positive service behaviours to bother internal and external stakeholders
  • Embrace new ideas and ways to do things
  • Take responsibility for actions and decisions
  • Support the achievement of sustainable best practices
  • Detail-oriented individual who works with quality

Homewood Health promotes a fair and competitive compensation model.  Pay rates are tailored to reflect differences in operating environments and job requirements. Compensation is influenced by many factors including compensation principles or approach for a role or job function, organizational tenure, experience, qualifications or premium skills, external competitiveness, internal comparability, geography and work performance. Pay range for this position is $19.50/23.00 per hour.
