This role sits within Laurentian Bank.The Quality Control Analyst monitors and ensures the quality of information in Business Services' monetary and administrative files and transactions. He or she also provides technical and administrative support to the Business Services team and ensures the harmonization of data from the various systems used.
Responsibilities
- Create, analyze, control and document client files in the different computer systems
- Prepare, analyze and control documents related to products and client files
- Recommend, implement, and follow up on corrective measures to ensure compliance and validation of files.
- Complete and update control reports
- Cooperate in audits, provide requested information and apply required corrective measures
- Participate in implementing and updating procedures
- Support the Business Services teams and cooperate in solving problems
- Processing and forwarding mail, organizing and archiving files.
- Perform his or her work in compliance with specific practices, policies and objectives, and ensure compliance with current legislation and the Bank's policies, programs and procedures.
- Keep his or her knowledge up to date in order to perform the job duties
- Perform all other tasks requested by his or her superior or required for the job
Qualifications
- College or university degree in administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in document management, compliance, banking operations, or a related field.
- Experience in the banking sector is an asset.
- Strong skills in using various computer systems (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills, effective priority management, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills French and English (written and verbal)*
*Professional working proficiency in French and English languages required as position involves frequent written and oral communication on complex matters with internal and external parties in both languages
