Adecco is actively seeking a Project Manager to join our client's team, a well-established mid-sized construction and engineering firm in Edmonton, AB. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $130,000 – $145,000 per year and the chance to manage complex projects from start to finish. The role involves delivering projects on time, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

  • Pay Rate: $130k-$145k/year.

  • Location: Edmonton, AB

  • Shift: Monday-Friday | 8 hour shifts

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:  

  • Identify and pursue opportunities with new and existing clients to grow the business

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to achieve project goals

  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and consultants to meet schedules and standards

  • Align project outcomes with client expectations and company objectives

  • Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and compliance with regulations

  • Handle project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing efficiently

  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on problem-solving and client satisfaction

  • Uphold and promote the company’s brand values in all project dealings

Requirements:  

  • Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.

  • CET or P.Eng designation

  • 5+ years of project management experience, including 3 in a senior role

  • Skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office

  • Experience managing construction crews and subcontractors

  • Knowledge of public/private contracting; security clearance an asset

  • Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills

  • Technical expertise in building envelopes, pre-engineered buildings, and design-build projects

  • Team-oriented, professional, and an effective communicator
