Job Description

What is the opportunity?

The Marketing Analyst is a critical role responsible for supporting the marketing organization in establishing a data-driven culture and empowering marketers to make better decisions through sound measurement practices and insightful analytics. This individual will assist in the development and implementation of measurement frameworks, analytics capabilities, and optimization strategies across marketing channels and initiatives. The Analyst will work closely with marketing teams, business stakeholders, and technology partners to provide insights that improve marketing effectiveness and maximize return on investment.

What will you do?

  • Support Campaign Reporting and Analysis: Assist in tracking the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels and businesses, providing regular reports and ad-hoc analyses.
  • Identify Insights for ROI Improvement & Growth Opportunities: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can enhance marketing ROI and inform strategic growth decisions.
  • Assist in Dashboard Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of reporting dashboards that provide clear, concise, and actionable insights for marketing leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work effectively with marketing channel owners, data and analytics groups, product teams, and technology partners to align measurement efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep abreast of emerging trends and best practices in marketing measurement, analytics, and optimization.
  • Support Data-Driven Culture: Contribute to fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making within the marketing organization.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
  • A deep sense of curiosity, a desire to learn and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and basic statistical analysis software (e.g., Excel, Python).

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, CM360 etc.)
  • Marketing tagging experience (Google Tag Manager, JavaScript etc.)
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
