You collaborate with Centres of Expertise (CoEs) to deliver targeted HR solutions and leverage data and insights to influence workforce, talent, and culture decisions. You have:
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of HR experience, including 3 or more years in a business partner or consultative role supporting senior leadership
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies with operational and strategic priorities
- Experience in unionized environments, organizational design, workforce planning, change management, and HR analytics
- Proven ability to influence and coach senior leaders, communicate complex information, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Agile, collaborative, and able to navigate ambiguity while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture
- Willingness to travel occasionally to head office, field offices, and corporate events across Ontario as needed

What you will do:
- Serve as a strategic partner and coach to leadership, translating business strategy into actionable HR solutions
- Collaborate with Centres of Expertise (CoEs) to design and implement workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives
- Provide guidance on employee relations and labour relations in alignment with Collective Agreement and relevant employment legislation
- Partner with leaders to embed EDIA (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Anti-Racism) across workforce planning, leadership, and culture
- Coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams and strengthen leadership effectiveness
- Leverage HR data and workforce insights to identify risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities
- Support the implementation and adoption of HR programs aligned with business objectives
- Champion change across the organization, inspiring engagement, fostering adoption, and ensuring alignment with strategic goals
