Adecco is currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our client’s logistics team, responsible for safely and efficiently handling materials using Dockstocker, Counterbalance, and Walkie machines. Ideally, you will have experience operating multiple types of forklifts in a warehouse or distribution center environment.

  • Pay rate: $23.80 to $24.20 for days and afternoons, $25.05 to $25.45 for nights (wage based on experience)

  • Location: Etobicoke, ON

  • Shifts: Days, afternoons, nights

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Dockstocker, counterbalance and walkie experience are required

  • Work in a freezer environment (up to -17), handling materials in sub-zero temperatures.

  • Ensure all products are properly stored and stacked to meet company standards.

  • Perform routine safety checks on equipment before and after use.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety protocols.

  • Assist in loading/unloading trucks and other warehouse duties as required.

  • Work independently and proactively, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Must have valid forklift license from a recognized forklift training center. 

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating reach trucks, specifically Raymond, Double-Deep (extended forks), or High Reach forklifts. As well as Dockstocker, counterbalance and walkie machines

  • Comfortable working in a freezer environment (-17°C or below).

  • Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Experience with reverse tractor reach driving is an asset.

  • Strong ability to work independently and take initiative to get the job done.

  • Proven commitment to safety, with a mature and self-driven attitude.
