Adecco is currently seeking a full-time skilled Dock Stocker, Reach and Counterbalance Operators to join our client’s fast-paced warehouse or distribution center team in the following locations of Woodbridge, Vaughan, Etobicoke, ON. In this role you will have experience operating dock stocker forklifts and a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.

  • Pay rate: $23.80 to $24.20 for days and afternoons, $25.05 to $25.45 for nights (wage based on experience)

  • Location: Woodbridge, Vaughan, Etobicoke, ON

  • Shifts: Days | 7am start | 8h/day (overtime may be required)

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Dock stocker experience are required

  • Work in a freezer environment (up to -17), handling materials in sub-zero temperatures.

  • Ensure all products are properly stored and stacked to meet company standards.

  • Perform routine safety checks on equipment before and after use.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety protocols.

  • Assist in loading/unloading trucks and other warehouse duties as required.

  • Work independently and proactively, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.

  • Must have valid forklift license from a recognized forklift training center. 

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience operating Dock stocker machines

  • Comfortable working in a freezer environment (-17°C or below).

  • Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Experience with reverse tractor reach driving is an asset.

  • Strong ability to work independently and take initiative to get the job done.

  • Proven commitment to safety, with a mature and self-driven attitude.
