Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Analyst to join our client’s finance team in Belleville, ON. In this role, you will support key financial operations including internal audits, monthly closings, reporting, budgeting, and cost analysis. You should have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to drive business insights and improvements.

  • Pay Rate: $25.30/hour (based on experience)

  • Location: Belleville, ON

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Support annual internal audit requirements in accordance with corporate guidelines

  • Support Monthly closing activities including accounting transactions and analysis

  • Support Weekly and Monthly Plant Reporting and related analysis

  • Assist when necessary, in performing monthly account reconciliations

  • Support Manufacturing’s cost and efficiency initiatives with cost/benefit analysis

  • Support and engage directly in the annual Budget/Forecast process as required

  • Provide support on other key projects as necessary

Qualifications:

  • College or University Degree in Finance or Accounting.

  • Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset

  • Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, with the ability to navigate, configure, and analyze data within relevant modules to support business operations, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with organizational standards

  • Proven problem solving and decision-making skills are required

  • Demonstrated proficiency with the MS Office suite of programs, with an advanced level of ability in Excel.

  • Must be flexible and be able to respond quickly to changing priorities

  • Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
