Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented Central Planning Analyst to join our client’s team in Ajax, ON. This role is a 12-month contract offering the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in material master data management and production planning within SAP systems. The successful candidate will support MRP processes and work closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  • Pay rate: $24-27/hour.
  • Location: Ajax, ON
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
  • Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the focal point for all material master data requests.
  • Assist in the creation of production materials.
  • Create and modify material master parameters in SAP.
  • Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, and Costing teams for SAP views.
  • Ensure material parameters comply with governing rules.
  • Manage traceability changes in SAP and PDM via the Traceability Change Board (TCB).
  • Assist in coordinating KPIs to support MRP II processes.
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MRP processes is an asset.
  • Team-oriented with strong customer focus.
  • Proficient in Excel, Access, Word, and SAP.
