Key responsibilities will include unlocking growth opportunities, be the go to expert on brand analytics, lead in year consumer marketing programs and work closely with internal & external partners to drive executional excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support Manager in delivering the growth agenda on the brand, including supporting the execution of key elements within the annual business plan
  • Support Manager in planning and executing breakthrough Consumer communication campaigns and media strategies across multiples mediums
  • Manage critical paths & day-to-day relationships with creative and media agencies to ensure campaigns are on-strategy, on-time, and on-budget
  • Analyze media and campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations in post-games to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage multi-million dollar marketing budgets

Qualifications

  • Previous marketing experience an asset (Co-op experience at CPG companies preferred)
  • Must have a University Degree in Business/Commerce or Marketing
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical problem solving skills
  • Superior interpersonal and communications skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of brand positioning, copy strategy, and basic media concepts and  terminology
