Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Accounts Receivable Administrator to provide essential back-office support and ensure accurate payment processing. This role focuses on applying payments within AR systems and assisting team members across Canada. You should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Pay Rate: $27/hour

  • Location: Calgary, AB

  • Shift: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Contract Duration: December 2025 – March 13, 2026 (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately apply payments in Accounts Receivable systems.

  • Prepare cash sheets and process high-volume transactions promptly.

  • Support AR administrative tasks for multiple local markets.

  • Investigate payment discrepancies and assist with clearing old balances.

  • Collaborate with team members to provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of Accounts Receivable and collections experience

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivable processes preferred.

  • Experience with Wide Orbit or IBMS systems is an asset.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
