Adecco is currently seeking highly skilled Bilingual Nurse Case Managers (RN) to join our client’s team on a remote, 12-month contract. In this role, you will support claims assessment and case review activities by applying clinical expertise, strong documentation skills, and effective client communication. This position is ideal for a bilingual (French/English) Registered Nurse who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively across teams while managing complex cases.
  • Pay rate: $35-$38/hour.
  • Location: Remote
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Job type: 12-month contract with possibility of extension| Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Execute claims assessments by following established written procedures to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and to the highest quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with team leadership and project stakeholders to meet objectives, proactively identifying and communicating any obstacles that may impact work completion
  • Respond to client communications accurately and in a timely manner; understand client needs and feedback and coordinate with internal teams to address requirements
  • Obtain, verify, and document factual information from claimants to support case assessments
  • Draft clear, professional client-facing communications based on case requirements and review of medical, legal, and clinical documentation
  • Verify data accuracy and processing requirements within internal systems, ensuring corrections are completed accurately and within required timelines
  • Work alongside Project Managers in Client Services and other operational teams to continuously enhance service quality and client satisfaction
  • Foster a collaborative, team-focused environment and support cross-functional cooperation
  • Manage and resolve complex cases with sound clinical judgment, attention to detail, and professionalism
Requirements:
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 2–3+ years of clinical experience and direct client interaction
  • Clinical background in oncology, pulmonology, or acute care settings (Med-Surg, ICU/CCU, thoracic surgery)
  • Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
  • Experience with medical-legal review or clinical record review is an asset
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively within a team
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); database experience preferred
