- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Job type: Temporary | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.

- Plan, schedule, coordinate, and monitor products and materials throughout the complete production schedule at the Cambridge location.
- Create, release, and manage Planned Orders and Production Orders in SAP and in various Excel-based planning tools.
- Use SAP to analyze daily material demands ensuring adequate supply and preventing production disruptions.
- Dispatch Production Orders from the Order Pool and perform level loading.
- Coordinate with Manufacturing Supervisors, Group Leads, Procurement Specialists, and Quality Control to schedule daily and weekly production activities.
- Identify bottlenecks by comparing planned versus actual performance; recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain communication with internal customers regarding schedule commitments, change management, and daily material releases.
- Ensure finished goods and WIP inventory levels are controlled and maintained at established goals.
- Analyze inventory trends to determine replenishment levels and safety stock requirements.
- Follow all company policies and procedures and maintain compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Materials Management diploma OR high school diploma with 4–6 years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of MRP concepts, production scheduling practices, and inventory management principles.
- Proficient with SAP (experience with MD04, MMBE, COO3 is an asset) and MS Excel.
- Ability to analyze demand, inventory, and production data to support decision-making.
- Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Comfortable working under general supervision while exercising independent judgement.
