Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), a defined benefit pension plan that exists to provide Ontario’s hospital and community-based healthcare workers with a secure pension.

We have served the healthcare community for over 60 years. We were established in 1960, with the participation of 71 hospitals.

We operate as a private independent trust on a not-for-profit basis and are governed by a Board of Trustees with a sole fiduciary duty to deliver the pension promise.

Our head office is in Toronto, and we have an office in the U.K.
