Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our client’s dynamic restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely estimates based on documentation provided by our Project Management team. Your expertise will ensure quality, speed, and client satisfaction throughout the estimating process.

  • Pay Rate: Starting at $65,000/year

  • Location: Calgary, AB

  • Job type: Permanent | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop accurate and timely estimates utilizing Xactimate software.

  • Adhere to established Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements throughout the estimating process.

  • Track, update, and maintain estimate records within Xactanalysis.

  • Organize and upload all supporting documentation to ensure complete and compliant Xactimate files.

  • Collaborate with sub-trades, property owners, and insurance representatives to collect necessary details.

  • Offer constructive feedback to enhance estimating workflows and improve overall accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in construction estimating and project coordination.

  • Strong understanding of large loss, residential, and commercial restoration claims.

  • Skilled in Xactimate software; Level 2 certification or higher considered an asset.

  • Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service capabilities.

  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
