Adecco is currently hiring a full-time detail-oriented Office Coordinator - Finance to support the financial and administrative operations of our client’s organization in Regina, SK. In this role, you’ll ensure accurate financial tracking, budgeting, and reporting while collaborating with internal and external departments to support smooth operations and events. This role requires you to demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and the ability to adapt to a unique and fast-paced industry with a significant learning curve.

  • Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

  • Location: Regina, SK

  • Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 4:30pm

  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day financial coordination and recordkeeping activities.

  • Prepare and present financial reports to the Board of Directors.

  • Maintain accurate budgets, expense tracking, and reconciliations.

  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth event and operational execution.

  • Learn and apply industry-specific financial and operational processes related to horse competitions.

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

  • Support administrative and reporting functions as required.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 2–3 years of financial coordination or accounting experience.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and financial software.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated honesty, professionalism, and reliability.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt within a specialized industry environment.

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
