Bell’s SMB division provides communications solutions (wireless, voice, internet/data, TV, and IOT business services) to Canadian businesses. The SMB Sales Enablement Team has end-to-end accountability of the growth strategy through to channel sales execution. This is an exciting area within Bell and offers team members the opportunity to play an integral role in the strategy, planning, decision-making, and execution of new programs.
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the overall segment sales strategy (including senior executive presentations) and planning as well as channel marketing and execution programs to drive growth across various channels. This include building strategic plans, analyzing trends, liaising with internal Bell teams to enhance channel and sales growth, project management of cross-functional work streams and deliverables that support key objectives, and presenting key findings, results, opportunities, and recommendations to senior management.

Main responsibilities
- Spearhead strategic and business planning, forecasts, budgets and executive presentations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to build channel programs and manage key project delivery dates
- Build programs to help support sales channels including campaigns, incentives and hype programs
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Product and Finance teams to analyze current business issues and identify opportunities to drive improvement
- Establish tracking and reporting of benefits and ROI on key programs
- Partner with channel teams to establish a roadmap and advocate for tool / process enhancements
- Create executives level presentations that highlight needs assessment, opportunities and metrics associated with existing and new sales initiatives
- Lead a team of channel enablement specialists
What we’re looking for
- Business degree, 5+ years of experience preferred
- Ability to build senior level plans and presentations
- Comfortable presenting compelling stories supported with research and quantitative analysis
- Enjoys working within high energy team and collaborates cross-functionally with ease
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities on a regular basis while respecting tight deadlines
- Familiar with the B2B or Small and Medium Business segment and environment preferred
- Experience in channel marketing and/or sales

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
