We are currently seeking a Senior Specialist, supporting Bell, Virgin Plus and The Source retail support team. We are looking for a seasoned communications professional with 5 years experience in communications, communication planning, complemented by advanced leadership skills, exceptional judgment and an ability to work in a dynamic and complex organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to support key corporate and business unit priorities, organizational change, team engagement strategies, etc.
- Support executive, Directors and leaders with the development of presentations, speaking notes, quarterly team updates and organizational announcements
- Oversee all national internal communication channels, ensuring content of each channel is accurate, relevant and aligned with Bell’s goal and strategic imperatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with teams and leaders across the company, responding to their needs while balancing organizational priorities
- Drive communications planning and material development to support team integration activity
- Apply exceptional judgment to anticipate and effectively manage organizational risks and issues
- Demonstrate leadership and implement ideas that maximize the performance and engagement of the internal communications team
- Lead a dynamic team of communications professionals while working closely with other Bell Communications leaders and within multi-discipline project teams on key initiatives
- Provide communications expertise and advice to senior business leaders
Critical Qualifications
- University degree in Communications or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in corporate communications
- Experience in complex issues driven organization
- Very strong writing and editing skills
- Ability to think strategically

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
