The Deployment Training Resource will be accountable for assisting the Training Leader in all preparation and execution required for Training activities. The chosen candidate is expected to be bilingual (French & English), have a strong background in any of the following functions: Warehouse/GTM across manufacturing plants, DSD satellite warehouses and Cross Dock facilities. This role will partner across the organization with the larger PBNA PGT project and Deployment team.
The foundation of this role will require involvement in System Testing, development and facilitation of Training Material, Site Readiness Activities, and Deployment responsibilities in Inventory Management and Warehouse/GTM Operations. The position requires a deep understanding of current and future PBNA business processes to build and deploy training to enable a successful deployment to the field organization within the Central division. Organizational impact is concentrated in areas listed below but not limited to: PBNA Warehouse Cycle of Operations, Manufacturing Cycle of Operations, and GTM Cycle of Operations.
- Reports to: Deployment Director, PBNA ERP Project
- Location: PBC Hub Based (Moncton, Montreal, Mississauga, Winnipeg, Calgary or Vancouver)
- Travel: 50-75%
- Must be Bilingual (English/French)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the frontline and salaried teams in Manufacturing, Warehouse, GTM and Inventory Operations to teach and guide them through new SAP processes.
- Provide expert knowledge and experience to project activities within warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Be a results-oriented “change agent” who can understand different scenarios and help facilitate big-picture and tactical execution throughout the project
- Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality – includes Testing, Training & Deployment
- Support development of end-user training.
- Support super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing)
- Support change management
- Provide formal and informal classroom and on-the-job training to end users
- Assist development and validation of site layout maps for pre-go-live configurationIdentify defects and gaps in SAP vs PBNA requirements during testing, training, and deployment, and communicate to PBNA Project Team.
- Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA PGT Leadership
- Provide Deployment & Hypercare support
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Bilingualism (English/French)
- Minimum of 3-4 years in bottling operations in Manufacturing, Warehouse, and/or Inventory capacity
- Strong understanding of Warehouse, Manufacturing, and GTM Cycle of Operations.
