Job Description:
As a member of the Data Management Systems team, the incumbent will support the DMS Leadership with their reporting needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the various leaders in the DMS space to gather information, analyze, produce and administer the required reporting.
This role provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to exercise and develop technical, analytical, and relationship management skills. The Reporting Analyst Co-Op will support a multi-site work environment that promotes knowledge sharing, customer service, quality, innovation and teamwork. This position is part of a dynamic, fast-paced team that offers ample challenges and opportunities to support on-the-job learning and skills development.
Term Length: 4-months (January - April 2025)
What will you do?
Provide reporting metrics for operational support on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, such as KPIs, KRIs, OLA Reporting
Prepare a variety of reports for leadership, including a several types of status reports and providing materials for presentations
Supporting team’s involvement within ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change) process best practices
Assist Program Director and Delivery Managers with the coordination and management of financial
Provide SharePoint support and administrative functions for our internal site, MyDMS
What you need to succeed?
Currently enrolled in University degree/College diploma in related discipline(s).
1-2 years of experience in business administration or finance
Excellent communication skills at all levels with clarity and precision (verbal and written).
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to consistently produce high-quality deliverables
Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
Tableau experience
Understanding of Project management methodology
Experience either delivering or participating in projects
Ability to work independently, with minimal direction and a proven ability to successfully juggle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Good judgement in knowing when to escalate issues including seeking guidance when managing competing priorities and peak workload situations

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
