Role Overview:
The Senior Manager, No Fee Credit Cards Portfolio will be responsible for designing and executing initiatives to improve the portfolio performance of our no annual fee President Choice Mastercard credit cards.
In collaboration with Credit Risk, Acquisition, Marketing and other enterprise partners, they will champion and execute our annual plan to drive our spending, lending and profitability targets.
This role is also responsible for the annual targets associated to our Credit Insurance product (Payment Support Plan).
What you’ll do:
- Lead cross functional teams to plan, execute and monitor progress against annual business plans. Define and execute initiatives to grow the No Fee Mastercard portfolio and achieve our Purchase volume, Revolving balances and profitability targets
- Lead and collaborate with analytics to understand portfolio optimization opportunities and address target gaps
- Partner with credit risk on identifying Account Receivable growth opportunities and ensuring our credit limit strategies enable our desire outcomes
- Work with Finance on monitoring performance and preparing accurate forecasts
- Ensure competitiveness of our products. Partner with Digital and our Technology teams on new growth initiatives. Business case development to support the prioritization of new initiatives including planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational oversight
- Develop executive-ready presentations
What you’ll need:
- University degree in Business, Commerce, Mathematics or Engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in a Product, Marketing, Business Development in credit cards industry
- Distinctive problem-solving skills and very strong analytical capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to work in multiple priorities simultaneously and demonstrated track record of implementing results
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships and leadership experience is a plus
