You will be responsible for all finance activities for the Voila in-store fulfillment e-commerce program, including finance business partnering, FP&A and capital management.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
• Serve as finance business partner for the national In-store fulfillment program, providing complex financial analysis and business decision support
• Assist in providing consolidated financial reporting and analytics for Voila and Store Operations Leadership Team
• Manage all FP&A activities for ISF program
• Create financial modeling to understand implications of decisions and measure results versus model
• Manage the in-store fulfillment budgeting and dynamic forecasting processes
• Create strategic financial models and business case documents to support expansion and new initiatives
• Ownership of weekly E-Commerce business review reporting pack, collating and synthesizing key analyses from all functional areas
• Capital expenditure management for ISF program
• Continuous improvement with processes and reporting
• Work closely with functional teams to set standards in financial reporting risk controls
• Provide oversight/guidance on the forecasting / budgeting process for Voila
• Oversight on cost centre structures and moves
• Oversight of Chart of Account groupings and hierarchy
• Work with Corporate FP&A and Voila Finance Teams as required on budgets and forecast consolidation
What you have to offer:
• A minimum of 5 years related work experience
• University degree MBA and/or Professional designation or working towards one (CA, CGA, CMA, CFA)
• Financial modelling skills
• Experience building executive materials
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills (both Oral and Written)
• Able to work in a team environment
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to use multiple computerized systems to compile useful information
• SAP and Longview skills
• Ability to communicate clearly with a variety of audiences and levels of management
• Ability to work in a deadline driven environment, and under limited supervision
• Ability to successfully manage several tasks at one time
