Reporting to the Planning Manager or his delegate, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing periodic and ad-hoc project progress reports and meeting presentations issued to management or client.
The individual will be responsible for proactively coordinating information flow and preparing / issuing various reports and presentations per agreed calendar. This involves obtaining information from execution center located across the globe and coordinating it review and finalization prior to issuance. The individual will be responsible for coordinating meetings and taking action items the following them up through closure.
The position is based at Project Site located in British Columbia with a fixed rotation cycle. The selected candidate will preferably be from local Kitimat/Terrace area.
