What you’ll do
It’s safe to say, there’s no shortage of variety in what we do. Here are some key accountabilities of the role:
- Responsible for providing analytics and reporting for the Data Discovery project and establishing all data and reporting requirements for Logistics working closely with Project Manager in support of these goals
- Map out and maintain catalog of all existing data points, sources, reports and the existing data gathering processes in place to streamline and make efficient use of information for project goals
- Maintain issue/ risk logs and project plans in collaboration with project teams and produce agendas and minutes ensuring project meetings are conducted efficiently
- Liaise with Inbound, Outbound, MVR Trade Compliance teams to assess and document current vs future state data and reporting needs that fulfill project objectives; and bubble up own recommended opportunities on cost savings initiatives where visible
- Identifying and documenting key data points that can be used within One Supply chain (DC’s Integrated Supply chain and Logistics)
- Assist Project Manager with timely and effective project communications, documentation and maintenance of data repositories and catalogs as required
- Create process to track and refine data scrubbingvalidation activities across Logistics with the objective of setting controls and governance resulting in elimination of scrubbingdata validation
- Liaise with TJX US team as required in support of project objectives
What you’ll need
To begin your career with us, we require the following:
- Minimum two to three (2-3) years of experience in quantitative analysis required
- Post-Secondary Education in a related field e.g. Data Science, Analytics, Commerce or Economics or equivalent experience, Supply Chain operational experience an asset
- Experience with large data sets and extracting, visualization, manipulating data for appropriate consumption
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and or Automate, Snowflake (Data warehouse)
- Communication skills including written (reports, analyses), and verbal (communicating regularly with various departments, carriers, etc.) with ability to identify business assumptions and results, articulate findings to stakeholders using reports and presentations
- Developing project management skills with ability to business case into a high-level project plan
- Organizational skills (including the ability to prioritize), which includes ensuring that all reports and tasks are completed meeting the established deadlines
Salary Range: $58,910 - $82,472 /year
This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
