Product Analyst, Colleague Solutions, Brampton, ON
In this role, you will be part of a team of administrators who are experts with the O365 suite of products. Driving the strategic requirements of documentation and governance, you will be required to ensure the life cycle of different initiatives under planning and deployment are on track and will be delivered on time.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with our teams of administrators to support a hybrid Exchange platform, managing a complex environment with over 250K users, numerous applications, and millions of Canadian customers.
- Drive continuous improvement in the governance and documentation of MS Exchange and mailbox management, offering recommendations based on industry best practices for complex organizations.
- Oversee environment health, including monitoring MS health and service advisories, implementing patches, managing vulnerabilities, and performing upgrades to uphold stability and security standards.
- Engage in various initiatives, projects, and enhancements related to Exchange/O365, contributing to the continuous evolution of our systems.
- Implement changes effectively, coordinating with other teams and communicating necessary information to facilitate smooth transitions and operations.
What you Bring:
- Proven experience in managing MS Exchange/O365 hybrid environments, including both on-premises infrastructure and Exchange Online solutions.
- Expert in Jira and Confluence, creating and managing document libraries, creating intake request processes and Kanban board management.
- Hands-on expertise in environment management, patching, and upgrading within a dynamic retail setting.
- Proficiency in PowerShell for developing and executing scripts within MS Azure/O365 environments; familiarity with Graph API is advantageous.
- A flexible mindset, the ability to collaborate with a team, and a good sense of humor to foster a positive work environment.
