Reporting to the Managing Director, TSXV Listings at the TSX Venture Exchange, the Listings Manager is responsible for the independent review and analysis of listing notifications and submissions pertaining to various transactions of Exchange-listed issuers. Provide guidance to the public, and to Listed Issuers and their advisors. This includes conferring with partners with respect to proposals affecting Exchange policy, providing guidance on the Exchange’s possible position of interpretation, and suggesting to Listed Issuers and their advisors on how to proceed.
