In this role, you will :
- Perform general accounting tasks with the provided software.
- Perform various accounting analysis.
- Prepare journal entries.
- Prepare required financial reports to support effective decision making.
- Contribute to budget and monthly financial statements preparation.
- Act as a first line of contact for all internal and external clients.
- Perform any other finance or administration duties related to the position, as needed.
What we are looking for :
- College diploma in accounting or finance; any relevant combination of experience may be considered.
- Three years of experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics AX is an asset.
- Fluency in French and English is required.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Commitment to quality and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle higher workloads on occasion.
- Passion for exceptional customer service.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships.
