Pursuing a career as an SME Account Manager at Flex Affaires means being part of a dynamic team surrounded by experts. You will ensure the growth of the client portfolio while efficiently serving SME clients who seek remote advice. Through your passion for business development and customer service experience, you will build a trust-based relationship over the phone and develop our small to medium-sized business clientele. You will quickly become a trusted guide in all their financial projects.
Your job:
- Provide online advisory services aligned with client needs
- Analyze credit files, develop financing scenarios, and propose appropriate solutions
- Negotiate terms and conditions of agreements with clients
- Implement and follow up on recommendations made by various specialists from the Bank and its subsidiaries, promoting profitable business development
- Take charge of your personal development, both in terms of skill evolution and knowledge of economic aspects surrounding SMEs
Your team:
Reporting to the Director, Sales and Services, Flex Affaires, you will collaborate daily with a team of 110 experts. The full-time position is 37.5 hours per week. The position holder must be available to work on rotation from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. The schedule may vary according to operational needs. The selected person will work in a hybrid mode and must ensure a presence in our branches in the Surrey region and its surroundings.

Prerequisites:
- Holder of a university certificate, bachelor's degree, or master's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial credit
- Knowledge of commercial products
- Proven experience (over 5 years) in business development
- Knowledge of the health professionals network, an asset
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and with impact
- Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
- Proficiency in French, an asset
