Key Accountabilities
Technology Product Owner manages the Client Profitability and operations Pipeline for GBM business lines globally. The team designs and implement the most appropriate workflows & processes to facilitate efficient Sales operations, ensure adequate governance controls, and provide optimal integration solutions to meet immediate project requirements while supporting the long-term direction of the enterprise.
This is done by supporting the following overall objectives:
- Develop and promote strategies, roadmaps, architectural guidelines, standards and best practices for the evolving enterprise information management practice.
- Data governance, standards, criteria, and practices
- Work with business users to obtain data requirements and analyze source systems data.
- Analysis of source systems data (structured and un-structured) and business requirements
- Ensure compliance to Enterprise Data Office guidelines, best practices, Enterprise Security guidelines, policies.
- Work closely with the technical and application architects, and developers to implement the solution architecture.
- Communicate with business stakeholders to maintain regulatory policies and sales operations.
- Document business flows, design efficient processes, change management, on-going operations.
- Maintain technical & business metadata.
Functional Competencies:
- Experience with CRM systems and client analytics or pricing tools.
- Strong knowledge of financial products & Client P&L reporting
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data modeling.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Strong Analytical skills.
- Experience creating architecture and strategy artifacts.
- Experience of XML, JSON, CSV files ingestion + Streaming Data
- Strong Domain Knowledge in financial Services and enterprise functions
- Strong project management and team leadership skills
- Experience working in Agile environment.
- Knowledge of Data Governance process for metadata and lineage management
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, or diploma in computer engineering or information science
