Driving Change with Precision
As a Change Management Specialist, you will be a key player in our transformational journey by supporting the people side of change, and helping to create and implement change management strategies and plans to aid in change adoption. Led by the Manager, Operational Readiness Office, this opportunity will suit someone with experience in change management execution as well as excellent stakeholder management and relationship skills.
Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how:
- Support and execute the ORO Target Operating Model (TOM) and recommend updates with developing trends including acting as Change Champion for our Operational Readiness Office, promoting our role and accountabilities within projects and across the organization.
- Support and execute on all aspects of Change Management.
- Responsible for the creation and execution of an Integrated Readiness Plan (IRP) in partnership with other key internal teams (Communications and Learning), including the development and oversight of work breakdown plans to deliver the change plan.
- Partner with EPMO to align the IRP with the Integrated Project Plan (IPP).
- Facilitate and build long standing relationships and effective communication to all levels of the organization.
- Identifies pitfalls and potential points of challenge or change aversion. Recommend counterstrategies to mitigate or minimize potential issues.
- Apply expert knowledge of change management, organizational culture and project delivery to business and growth initiatives and advise on best approaches to meet unique business requirements.
- Synthesize feedback from impacted stakeholders and adapt plans as necessary.
- Model change leadership, and coaching and supporting sponsors, stakeholders and business leads in their change roles.
We’re looking for:
- Diploma in Organizational Behaviour, Business or Technology with 7+ years’ experience in change management execution.
- Experience with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
- Understanding of end-to-end processes in large organizations and the impact of new technology capabilities or functionality on business processes.
- Familiarity with process orientation. Understand the benefits of a continuous improvement mindset.
- Understanding of SOP development and knowledge.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Methodical and comfortable in solving first-time business problems.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to arrive at meaningful action plans. Communicating insights in a way that resonates with the audience.
- Experience in developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of change management initiatives.
- Proven experience in supporting digital transformation initiatives, with an understanding of how new technology impacts business processes.
- Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
- The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
