- Pay rate: $71/hour.
- Location: North York, ON
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
- Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time
- Hires fast, pays weekly.

- Provide reliability input for new projects (e.g., FFIP, PPD) and develop PM programs.
- Deploy advanced Reliability & Industry 4.0 methodologies to mitigate operational risks.
- Conduct RCA and implement CAPAs to eliminate production-related downtime.
- Utilize RCA, RCM, FMEA, SPC, and CMMS to improve equipment performance.
- Manage equipment hierarchy, spare parts, and documentation for optimal maintenance.
- Collaborate with Project Engineering to ensure reliability in new installations.
- Develop Predictive Maintenance programs using technologies like vibration analysis.
- Identify obsolescence risks and recommend functional equivalency parts.
- Optimize PM task lists for building shutdowns to minimize operational disruptions.
- Promote a strong Maintenance Safety Culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Train teams on equipment history maintenance for trend analysis and improvement.
- Requires 5-15 years in maintenance/engineering, ideally in pharmaceuticals.
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
- 5-15 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering, with at least 2 years in a Reliability Engineering role in pharmaceuticals.
- Proficiency in Industry 4.0, Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Professional Engineer of Ontario (P. Eng) and CMRP certification are assets.
