Highly organized individual with technical aptitude to review material submittals and delivery documents. This individual is required to perform tasks in both QA & QC capacities.Responsibilities/Scope of Work.
Material Receiving& Delivery ApprovalsPrepare and maintain quality records pertaining to their assigned portions of work fully execute the RMR process, keep the log upto date and submit to the client at required intervalsQA/QCStep verification and TracingEstablish control of inventory for materials. Ensure Buy America materials are being received &logged and foreign products are added to the waiver schedule.Fully execute the MAR process, keep the log up to date and submit to the client at required intervals.Assist with offsite verification QAI checks as requiredManage the storing of material to ensure material is being storedaccording toplans by conducting site surveillance and communicating non compliances to persons responsible.Work jointly with Quality Personnel and sub-contractors in the Receiving Material process inclusive of field inspectionsPerform field inspectionsto verify material is stored per manufacturer recommendations and construction specificationsEnsure all permanent material on site has the appropriate BNA tagBe a champion of BNA QMSBe a champion of BNA Safety –Submit weekly Hazard ID’s and immediately Report Safety concerns to site superintendent or managementPrepare Quality completion packages (ITP) for QA Manager reviewAs requested, attend Quality and Construction related meetingsProvide weekly summary to Material Manager(Log status, Deliveries, RMR’s, Challenges, ObservationsOSubmit Logs to eBuilderper designated timelinesOther duties as determined by management
