| The Department of Surgery is seeking a Medical Secretary II to support the Chief and Division head of Ophthalmology at St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton at the King Street Site.
About the Division The Division of Ophthalmology offers comprehensive ophthalmic services to adults at the Community Health Centre in Stoney Creek and to children at the McMaster University Medical Centre, covering all subspecialties. Our division has experienced significant growth over the past five years, especially in research, which is a key component of our residency program. With the recent expansion of the residency program to now accepting two residents per year, the division is moving towards a greater presence both nationally and internationally, with initiatives supporting excellence in clinical and surgical teaching, research and international experiences and leadership skills development.
