The RBC Dominion Securities West Vancouver branch is currently seeking an Associate to join an established team, Eydt Wealth Partners. The successful candidate will possess a passion for service excellence and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced team environment.

What will you do?
- Client meeting preparation
- Fulfill client inquiries
- Communicate with clients efficiently and professionally through phone and email
- Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts
- Manage documentation & regulatory requirements for new and existing clients
- Maintain client relationships and knowledge of accounts
- Helping to manage team operations while working to refine processes to ensure the team runs efficiently.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have
- CSC or willing to obtain within 6-12 months
- Excellent client service skills
- Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Financial services industry experience with a strong understanding of financial administration, account types, rules and regulations
Nice to Have
- CSC & CPH (CIRO licensed)
- Post-secondary degree
- A least 1 year of experience in a similar role

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable incentive payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals; market conditions; and business needs.
The expected base salary range for this position is $37,500 - $45,000.
This position may be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable incentive payment up to 1.0x base salary.
