At Marsh & McLennan, we see a diverse and inclusive culture as essential to a positive work environment for our colleagues, and as a requisite for providing superior service to our global clients. Our strategy is focused on three pillars:

  • Driving deliberate diversity.
  • Facilitating a culture of inclusion and understanding.
  • Enhancing the colleague experience.

Every one of us has a role we play in the organization. And together, we can do great things. Our ambition is to enable colleagues to do the best work of their careers — and to lead their best lives — here at Marsh. By collaborating, cooperating, and learning from each other, we’re contributing to a vibrant, positive place to be and, not surprisingly, we would like you to be a part of that.
