Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are a safe and welcoming support system to provide education, support personal growth, and share information with ALL our employees. Each group is an integral component as we move forward together with inclusion and diversity at Ledcor. They collaborate with the I&D Advisory Council to support and identify best practices, share knowledge, and raise awareness. ERGs are voluntary employee-led groups that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. In addition to other employee resource groups Ledcor proudly supports The Sexuality and Gender Alliance (SAGA), which offers a safe space for open dialogue and education for LGBTQ2+ employees and their allies to come together.
