Inspir\u00e9e du guide <a href=\"https:\/\/prideatwork.ca\/fr\/programmes\/ressources\/rapport-accroitre-le-pouvoir-du-personnel-2slgbtqia-dans-le-secteur-de-lenergie\/\"><em>Accro\u00eetre le pouvoir du personnel 2SLGBTQIA+ dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9nergie<\/em><\/a>, cette discussion permettra de dresser un portrait de l\u2019inclusion en dehors du si\u00e8ge social : sur les sites et chantiers, sur les lieux de travail en interaction avec la client\u00e8le, dans les op\u00e9rations terrain et sur d&#8217;autres lieux de travail non traditionnels ou d\u00e9centralis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Les participant\u00b7es discuteront librement, entre pairs, des d\u00e9fis et perspectives uniques que connaissent les travailleur\u00b7euses 2SLGBTQIA+ dans le secteur de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie et les secteurs connexes, particuli\u00e8rement dans les cas o\u00f9 la culture organisationnelle, les politiques et les mesures de soutien doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9es au-del\u00e0 du bureau principal. La table ronde portera sur la mani\u00e8re dont les employeurs peuvent favoriser la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, l&#8217;appartenance et la visibilit\u00e9 dans des environnements fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s par la g\u00e9ographie, les exigences op\u00e9rationnelles et les normes h\u00e9rit\u00e9es.<br \/>\nCette s\u00e9ance est con\u00e7ue pour d\u00e9gager des strat\u00e9gies concr\u00e8tes, des pratiques \u00e9mergentes et une responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e afin de faire progresser l&#8217;inclusion l\u00e0 o\u00f9 elle est souvent la plus difficile \u00e0 assurer.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La discussion portera notamment sur les sujets suivants :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>la cr\u00e9ation de cultures inclusives sur les sites \u00e9loign\u00e9s, le terrain et les lieux de travail en interaction avec la client\u00e8le;<\/li>\n<li>le soutien au personnel 2SLGBTQIA+ sur les lieux de travail \u00e0 dominante traditionnellement masculine ou \u00e0 haut risque;<\/li>\n<li>la responsabilit\u00e9 du leadership et l&#8217;alliance inclusive au-del\u00e0 du si\u00e8ge social de l&#8217;entreprise;<\/li>\n<li>la mise en \u0153uvre de politiques, la responsabilit\u00e9 et l&#8217;adaptabilit\u00e9 dans les diff\u00e9rents lieux;<\/li>\n<li>les apprentissages tir\u00e9s du secteur de l&#8217;\u00e9nergie et les \u00e9l\u00e9ments transposables \u00e0 d&#8217;autres secteurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cette table ronde est ouverte aux organismes membres de Fiert\u00e9 au travail Canada et aux personnes invit\u00e9es.
