Malgr\u00e9 une mobilisation de longue date, les travailleur\u00b7euses 2SLGBTQIA+ sont toujours exclu\u00b7es des protections de la Loi sur l&#8217;\u00e9quit\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d&#8217;emploi. D\u00e9tentrice d\u2019un baccalaur\u00e9at en sexologie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 du Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al et d\u2019un certificat en entrepreneuriat et gestion de PME de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Laval, elle adopte une approche strat\u00e9gique et inclusive dans son travail. Son engagement envers les communaut\u00e9s LGBTQ+ l\u2019a amen\u00e9e \u00e0 collaborer avec plusieurs organisations, notamment le R\u00e9seau des lesbiennes du Qu\u00e9bec (RLQ) et le Club Sexu, o\u00f9 elle occupe le poste de vice-pr\u00e9sidente sur le Conseil d\u2019administration. Elle contribue \u00e9galement \u00e0 la mission de Fiert\u00e9 au travail Canada, un organisme national \u0153uvrant pour l\u2019inclusion des personnes LGBTQ+ en milieu professionnel. Sensible aux enjeux d\u2019inclusion organisationnelle, Cynthia a entrepris en 2024 un microprogramme de deuxi\u00e8me cycle sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion au travail \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Laval.
