Cet atelier fera le point sur les erreurs que commettent fr\u00e9quemment les entreprises dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration de leurs strat\u00e9gies de formation \u00e0 l\u2019inclusion des personnes 2SLGBTQIA+ et abordera des fa\u00e7ons d\u2019adapter le d\u00e9veloppement du personnel pour cr\u00e9er des environnements plus inclusifs et avoir plus d\u2019impact aupr\u00e8s du personnel.
