Ce partenariat a permis \u00e0 Pride at Work Canada de d\u00e9velopper ses programmes, d&#8217;\u00e9largir l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 ses services et de soutenir les leaders \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents stades de leur parcours.<\/p>\n<p>Un des exemples r\u00e9cents les plus marquants de l&#8217;appui de Loblaw est le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loblaw.ca\/fr\/loblaw-announces-1-million-community-investment-grant-recipients\/\">financement pluriannuel accord\u00e9 par Loblaw \u00e0 THRIVE et FLOURISH, nos programmes de d\u00e9veloppement du leadership<\/a>. Au cours des trois premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es de l\u2019engagement, ce soutien nous a permis d\u2019accueillir 206 participant\u00b7es sur six cohortes, soit 116 participant\u00b7es \u00e0 THRIVE et 90 \u00e0 FLOURISH.<\/p>\n<p>Les retomb\u00e9es se mesurent aussi au-del\u00e0 des chiffres de participation. Dans le cadre du programme de bourses THRIVE, le soutien de Loblaw a facilit\u00e9 la participation de personnes issues d&#8217;organismes communautaires et d&#8217;initiatives locales, avec 34 bourses attribu\u00e9es \u00e0 ce jour. Ainsi, le d\u00e9veloppement du leadership ne se limite pas aux grands employeurs, mais s&#8217;\u00e9tend aussi aux personnes et aux organisations qui travaillent directement avec la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les participant\u00b7es \u00e0 ces programmes sont issu\u00b7es de secteurs diversifi\u00e9s et croissants au Canada, notamment le commerce de d\u00e9tail, la finance, la fonction publique, la sant\u00e9, l&#8217;\u00e9ducation, l&#8217;ing\u00e9nierie et les services communautaires.
